When adults volunteer, all students benefit! There are many opportunities for parents and community members to get involved!  Your help is needed!  Click on the Let's Volunteer button below to signup and we will be in touch with you. 

 

2024/25 Conway Trivia Night and FUNdraiser (February 2025) - Join the committee and help make this a fun night for Conway parents and staff! Help needed with sponsorship, trivia, auction items, decorations and more! Contact Michelle Novof (mjanovof@gmail.com) for more information. 

4th Grade Memory Book - We prepare a MEMORY BOOK for the fourth grade class. Please volunteer to help send our fourth graders onto their next adventure with an awesome book to help them remember their years at Conway. (Chair: Stephanie Margolis - margolisstephanie@gmail.com)

4th Grade Party - This party at the end of the school year honors our graduating Fourth Graders.  Please volunteer to make these memories special and send our fourth graders off with a fabulous party! (Chair: Deepika Pujji - deepikapujji@gmail.com)

Candy For Teachers - Help keep our supply of candy for teachers and staff stocked throughout the school year. Donations of bagged, wrapped candy are greatly appreciated and give our teachers a sweet treat to look forward to when visiting the office. (Chair:Tricia Galli - tricia314@gmail.com )

Conway Community Outreach - Plan and implement community outreach projects in which Conway kids can participate (i.e. Conway Snowflake Project, etc.) (Chair: Katy Fecher - katyfechter@gmail.com)

Conway End of Year Carnival- Joining the Conway Elementary School Carnival Committee is a wonderful opportunity to meet other parents and help create a fun-filled event for our students. You'll be involved in planning activities, games, and food, ensuring a fantastic end-of-year celebration for everyone. (Chair: Liz Rhodus - lizyoest@gmail.com )

Dads Club - Come meet some other Conway dads by joining the Dads Club.  We plan kid-friendly events and enjoy ‘dads only’ meetings. It’s a great chance to get more involved with your kids’ school! (Presidents: Larry Gast - larrygast@gmail.com and Brian Tash - Tashbrian@gmail.com)

Decorations - Here’s your opportunity to make Conway look cute.  Help create and put up decorations in the front of the school several times during the year. (Chair: Alice Marie Henry - alicemariew@gmail.com and Beth Prasse - bethprasse27@gmail.com)

Family Fun Events - This committee will plan family-friendly events for Conway students and their families. In the past, this has included Trunk or Treat, a night at Myseum or The Magic House, and an afternoon at Thies Farm. (Chair: Cara Kopec - carakopec@gmail.com)

Field Day - Held in the fall, students play games and sports planned by our Conway coaches and facilitated by parent volunteers. (Chair: Julie Molitor - juliemolitor@yahoo.com)

Spirit Wear - Get Conway kids, parents and staff in the spirit!  Help create and sell some of our great Conway spirit items! (Chair: Prity Salisbury - prityoza@yahoo.com and Sarah Hirsch - swice21@gmail.com) 

Staff Conference Meals - Help plan and provide meals for our teachers during Parent-Teacher Conference nights. (Chair: Gina Farrell - gcutelli@gmail.com)

Teacher/Staff Appreciation - We have such fabulous teachers and staff at Conway - help us show them what they mean to us by planning various treats and activities during the year. (Chair: Alice Marie Henry - alicemariew@gmail.com)

Walk-A-Thon Fundraiser - Help organize and plan Conway’s 3nd Annual spring fitness & fun FUNdraiser, our most important fundraiser of the school year. (Chair: Stephanie Margolis - margolisstephanie@gmaik.com and Sarah Hirsch - swice21@gmail.com)
